Yoga classes at the Breathing Space:

  • Julie Gribble - Gita style yoga, 75 minute classes during school term times: Tuesday at 9am, 10.30am and 6pm, and Thursday at 9.15am. Most classes can be attended via Zoom
  • Lauren Burke - Hatha style yoga, 75 minute classes in 8 week blocks: Wednesday at 5.45pm
  • Sacred Seeds Yoga School Teacher Training - Level 1 200 hour training includes techniques in Hatha, Vinyasa Yang Yoga, Yin Yoga and Elemental Yoga

Counselling consultations at Hobart Breathing Space:

  • David Byrom is available on Monday and Friday all day, and from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. David is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with 38 years counselling experience, and is able to see clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP or paediatrician, who are then eligible for a rebate under Medicare. 
  • Lauren Burke is a Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy intern, completing her PACFA accredited training with the Metavision Institute, and is available by appointment.
  • Jake William (Snepvangers) offers monthly Empowered Man Gathering groups for men 
  • Gilad Shavit offers group workshops for intensive experiential inner work

  • The Empowered Man Gathering once a month on Sunday evenings with Jake Snepvangers
  • Rebirthing, bodywork, Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, NLP, Sound healing, Coaching, and more with Gilad Shavit
  • Qi Gong and Meditation with Maude Macon - currently taster events in October and November 2020, then regular classes will take off in 2021.
