Getting Unstuck: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This 8-week course created by Jon Kabat-Zinn is designed to help you reduce your stress, calm and clarify your mind, cultivate and sustain your capacity to pay attention and create more purposeful action. Current research indicates that training in mindfulness-based stress reduction can lead to more focused attention, assist with depression and anxiety and help regulate emotions.
 
MBSR is taught all around the world and is the most researched of all mindfulness meditations. You'll learn to manage stress, anxiety and enhance joy through this course.
