Enquiry into our stressful thoughts takes us out of being victims. We no longer have to rely on others or situations for our happiness.
This 4 hour talk and facilitation will be held at Hobart Breathing Space, 13b Goulburn Street, Hobart.
No experience is necessary and all are welcome.
